Systems Thinking and Sustainability applied to the person
Each one of us represents a complex and interconnected system, so why not apply Systems Thinking and Sustainability paradigms to ourselves when in need of educational orientation or career guidance?
The challenge started the Visual Orientation method (Orientamento Visuale in Italian), developed by Icastic Consulting together with Isabel de Maurissens / researcher at INDIRE, and subject of a book soon to be published.
The method applies the use of images in the development of insightful personal orientation maps and it is an innovative Career Guidance tool that links self-awareness with European competence frameworks. It was successfully presented on March 20 at the Fair Didacta, the most important event in Italy about innovation and the future of school.
