Step 1
WHO AND WHERE
Fourismore is a highly scalable and customizable training tool. While meetings usually happen within the company’s premises, it is also possible to organize them in one of the wonderful historic houses belonging to the network of Le Dimore del Quartetto.
Step 2
MAP
The basic module includes a 90-minute meeting in the presence of the work group, two facilitators and a String Quartet. It leads the reflection through live music, animated graphics and interactions with practical exercises, while illustrating eight noble principles that guide the work of a string quartet, that include trust, creativity, diversity, shared leadership and dynamic balance.
Step 3
DEVELOP
At the end of the session, one or more key skills emerge and inspire a collective intelligence picture within the organization. Afterwards, the dataset is processed and returned as infographics.
